General terms and conditions Webshop Moja Living

  • Applicability; These general terms and conditions apply to all agreements concluded between WICnext B.V. trading as Moja Living and the buyer of products via the Moja Living webshop.
  • Company information; Moja Living is an online webshop that sells carpets. Moja Living is located at Oudeschans 31X, 1011 KT in Amsterdam and is registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 52518035. Moja Living can be reached at info@mojaliving.com and +31624716180.
  • Products; Moja Living distributes and sells carpets through its webshop. The products are described and shown on the Moja Living website as accurately as possible. If, unexpectedly, an incorrect description or image of a product is displayed on the website, Moja Living cannot be held liable.
  • Prices; All prices on the Moja Living website include VAT and exclude any shipping costs. Moja Living reserves the right to change the prices of its products at any time. The price that applies at the time of the order is the price that will be charged.
  • Ordering and payment; An order can be placed via the Moja Living webshop. After placing the order, the buyer will receive a confirmation by email containing the details of the order and the payment. Payment can be made using the available payment methods on the Moja Living website. After receipt of payment, Moja Living will proceed with the delivery of the order.
  • Delivery; Moja Living will deliver the order as soon as possible. The delivery time may vary, depending on the product, its direct availability and the time required to have a new item handmade. After a purchase, Moja Living will contact the buyer about the progress. Delivery takes place at the address provided by the buyer. The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the delivery address.
  • Returns and exchanges; The buyer has the right to return or exchange the products within 3 days of receipt of the order. The product must be returned undamaged and in its original packaging. The cost of returning the product is the responsibility of the buyer. Unless the product is damaged or defective, Moja Living will refund the purchase price within 30 days after receipt of the return shipment.
  • Warranty; The legal warranty applies to all products sold by Moja Living. This means that the product must meet the expectations that the buyer may reasonably have of the product. If a product shows defects within the warranty period, the buyer can contact Moja Living.
  • Privacy; Moja Living respects the privacy of its customers and will treat the personal data of the buyer confidentially and only use it for processing the order. Moja Living will not disclose the buyer's personal data to third parties, unless necessary for the processing of the order.
  • Liability; Moja Living is not liable for damage resulting from the use of the products purchased through its webshop. Moja Living is also not liable for damage that has arisen as a result of the use of its webshop or the inability to use the webshop. In the event of liability, the total liability of Moja Living will be limited to the amount that the buyer has paid for the relevant product.
  • Disputes and applicable law; Dutch law applies exclusively to all agreements between Moja Living and the buyer. Disputes arising from these agreements will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
  • Modification of the general terms and conditions; Moja Living reserves the right to change these general terms and conditions at any time. The amended general terms and conditions will come into effect from the moment of publication on the Moja Living website.
  • Final provision; If a provision of these general terms and conditions is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in force. The parties will then enter into consultations to agree on a new provision that reflects the intention of the original provision.
